Are all products on the website in stock?

Generally all the items listed are goods that we have in stock. Occasionally an error may have occurred in our stock control system. If you have ordered a product that for some reason we no longer have in stock we will email you with the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock or give you the option to cancel your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed if they have not been shipped. Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day, so it is advisable to call us on 0845 2577867 as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order. Emails are only picked up sporadically throughout the day and could be missed so please telephone our Support Team to ensure that your change or cancellation is dealt with as quickly as possible.

How can I check the status of my order online?

After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If your order has been shipped by our courier you will receive an email detailing shipping details and tracking numbers.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. We also accept cheque payments drawn on a UK bank account. Please bear in mind that your order will not be shipped until cheque has been received and cleared into our bank account. Cheques should be made payable to Wholesale Online (UK) Limited.

How do I pay with PayPal?

You will be transferred directly to your PayPal account once your order details are confirmed. PayPal payments can be in the form of credit cards, your PayPal account balance or a bank account linked directly to your PayPal account.

Is my credit card and account information secure?
